The Candram list serv was never officially operated or even under the auspices of CATR but was just how the association sometimes unofficially communicated with members.  Given the realities of today's technologies and the nature of online communications CATR has made the decision to move forward. BUT anyone is free to launch a new listserv if they like (as was the origins of this one) but the initiative will not come from CATR.
