Roadhouse Theatres in Canadian Universities

Hi:

I’m looking for Canadian universities that use their theatres as roadhouses
(rental houses). At Memorial, we only produce one major production a year, and
use 
our theatre as a roadhouse, or as a classroom, the rest of the time. I’m looking
for universities that follow a similar model.
