The Association for Canadian Studies in the United States will hold its biennial conference in Montreal in November 2019. This multi-disciplinary conference welcomes proposals on topics with a significant Canadian focus, including comparative inquiries, from graduate students, independent scholars, professors, and practitioners. As the co-chair of the section “Literature, Film, Music, and the Arts in English”, I write to encourage you to consider proposing a paper or a panel in theatre and/or performance studies. (NB: “Literature, Film, Music and the Arts in French” is chaired by Prof Katherine Roberts of Wilfrid Laurier University - karoberts at wlu.ca )
