D’une durée de deux ans, la Maîtrise en pratique théâtrale (M.P.T.)<https://arts.uottawa.ca/theatre/fr/programmes/mpt-mise-en-scene/renseignements-supplementaires> est destinée aux metteur(e)s en scène émergeant(e)s qui veulent développer leur voix ainsi qu’aux metteur(e)s en scène d’expérience qui souhaitent un temps de recherche et de réflexion.
Arrimée au programme de B.P.T. en jeu et bénéficiant d’infrastructures à la fine pointe de la technologie (3 théâtres, 6 studios), la M.P.T. s’articule autour de séminaires pratiques (4) et académiques (2) et comprend la direction de trois spectacles de taille variable, dont certains sont réalisés avec des acteurs ou des concepteurs professionnels. L’Université d’Ottawa offre de généreuses bourses d’étude.

The two-year Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Directing<https://arts.uottawa.ca/theatre/en/programs/mfa-directing/additional-information> invites emerging stage directors who want to develop their voice as well as experienced stage directors who are seeking time for research and reflection.
Attached to the BFA in acting program, our MFA students work in state-of-the-art theatre spaces (3 theatres, 6 studios), taking practical (4) and academic (2) seminars. They direct three productions of varying sizes, some of which are with professional actors or designers. The University of Ottawa offers generous scholarships.
