ACRT 2022, projet mentoré de groupe synchronique au colloque annuel

*Participer à l'édition de 2022 du projet mentoré de groupe synchronique au
colloque annuel* ! Afin d'être éligible, vous devez vouloir *participer à
votre premier colloque* de l'Association canadienne de recherche théâtrale
(ACRT)*. *Chaque mentoré recevra une adhésion annuelle à l'ACRT.

Vous avez envie de vous joindre à nous ? *Pour ce faire, *faites-nous
parvenir une courte biographie et veuillez nommer votre / vos pratique.s de
mouvement et champ.s d'étude artistique. Merci d'adresser votre candidature
à <catr.mentorship at gmail.com>, dès que possible.

*Le projet mentoré est une approche dynamique de groupe, synchronique au
colloque. *Cette initiative d'accompagnement mentoré s'adresse à vous, car :

   1. Vous être inscrit.e dans une université canadienne,
   2. Faites partie d'un programme de théâtre, performance, danse,
   littérature, arts de la scène et médias,

Nous faire part de votre intérêt à participer à un colloque de l'ACRT

   1. Ce projet mentoré est ouvert aux 1er, 2e, 3e cycles
   2. Vous devez être disponible pour *une grande partie* du colloque*, 2
   réunions de groupe pré-colloque, 1 réunion de groupe post-colloque, créer
   ensemble le matériel pour la présentation de la table ronde en mot de la
   fin du colloque**.


De plus, nous envisageons la collecte du matériel de la table ronde afin de
produire un article collectif qui sera publié dans une revue avec comité de
lecture, et aussi, offrir une session spéciale de demande de subvention.

*Veuillez prendre note que : *l'initiative de projet mentoré ne requiert
aucune présence en personne, et que les réunions et les discussions seront
facilitées en ligne via Zoom et Discord que vous soyez en présentiel ou en
distanciel, et ce, en français et en anglais fluide, avec sous-titre lors
de captation Zoom en anglais, et traduction vers le français en clavardage
sur demande. Nous visons également l'interprétation en langue des signes
lors de notre table ronde en clôture de colloque.

*Le colloque de l'*ACRT 2022 : L'émergence en scène : **rejouer, réunir et
réexister* : 27-28 mai (en ligne), 6-7 juin (en ligne), 12-14 juin

**Le tour de parole est de 5 minutes par participants, ce qui inclus votre
présentation d'intérêts et de contributions (telle une carte d'affaires !),
une question à poser à l'un.e des participant.e.s (chaque question est
déterminée et choisie à l'avance, lors d'atelier commun), et une réponse.

*Les objectifs du projet mentoré sont les suivants,*

   - Partager la passion pour de la recherche et ces pratiques
   - Créer un réseautage professionnel et bienveillant
   - Développer une écoute active ainsi qu'une dynamique de synthèse
   - Mentorer la prochaine génération de chercheurs/ses et
   d'artistes-chercheurs/ses


*LE PROGRAMME de MENTORAT à 3 VOLETS de L'ACRT*
La mission du comité de mentorat de l'ACRT est de favoriser et de soutenir
une culture d'entraide au sein de l'association et parmi ces membres, y
compris les chercheurs/ses émergent.e.s, les universitaires à emploi
précaire, les enseignants à temps partiel, les artistes et les praticiens,
et les universitaires établis. Le programme comporte maintenant trois
volets : parrainage individuel ; le projet mentoré de groupe synchronique
au colloque annuel ; et les cercles de partage d'histoires.

program
CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

*Call for participants to join the 2022 edition of the Mentorship group
project *synchronic with the annual Canadian Association for Theater
Research (CATR) conference! To be eligible, you must be attending *your
first CATR conference*. Each mentee will receive an annual CATR membership.

*To participate, *send us a short bio, and name your artistic movement
practice(s) and fields of study. Please send your application to <
catr.mentorship at gmail.com>, ASAP.

*This mentorship project is a dynamic group approach synchronic to the
conference. *Mentoring is for you because:

   1. You are enrolled in a Canadian university,
   2. Are part of a Theatre, Performance Studies, Dance, Literature,
   Performing Arts, and Media Design program

Let us know of your interest in attending the CATR conference

   1. This mentorship project is open to Undergrads, MA and PhD students
   2. You must make yourself available for a *large part* of the
   conference*, 2 pre-conference group meetings, 1 post-conference group
   meeting, and to create together the material for our roundtable
   presentation taking place during the conference's Closing Remark**.

Plus, we aim to collect the roundtable material to produce a collective
article to be published in a peer-reviewed journal, as well as providing a
special session attending to grant application.

*Please note that: *the mentorship project initiative does not require any
in-person attendance, and as well, all meetings and discussions will be
facilitated online via Zoom and Discord whether you are attending the
conference in person or remotely. The languages are fluid French and
English, with subtitles during Zoom sessions in English, and translation
into French in the chat box upon request. We are also aiming for sign
language interpretation during our roundtable at the conference's Closing
Remark.

** The speaking time is 5 minutes per participant, which includes your
presentation of interests and contributions (like a business card!), a
question to ask one of the participants (each question is determined and
chosen in advance, during a joint workshop), and an answer.

*The objectives of the mentorship group project are as follows,*

   - Share the passion for research and its practice
   - Create a professional and caring network
   - Develop active listening skills as well as a dynamic of comprehension
   synthesis
   - To mentor the next generation of researchers and artist-researchers


*THE CATR 3-STRAND MENTORING PROGRAM*
The CATR Mentorship Committee's mission is to foster and support a mutual
aid culture within the association and among members including emerging
scholars, precariously employed academics, part-time teachers, artists and
practitioners, researchers, and established scholars. The program now runs
three strands: pairing; the mentorship group project synchronic with the
annual conference; and story-sharing circles.
