[CTN] CTN fall seminar schedule

I have some updates to the schedule. We've rescheduled Roland Memisevic's
talk to January. The next few talks are:

November 27: Stefan Mihalas (Allen Institute for Brain Science)
December 11: Yan Wu (DeepMind)
January 22: Roland Memisevic (TwentyBN)
