[Dirscch] yesterday's interview

Dear colleagues,

Unfortunately, the recording of yesterday's interview did not capture the candidate's response to Question 1.  I noticed the issue when I went to check after Q1, and got the recording working at that point.

I wonder if each (any?) of you might be willing to share your notes from Q1 directly with me (not "reply all").  I'd combine what I receive and share that with Logan and Amaya, to provide them with a sense of what others heard, which may be particularly helpful to them in providing context for some of the candidate's later answers.  You are welcome to "copy and paste"

Also, I plan to circulate a fillable Excel scoring sheet soon.
