[Dirscch] request to meet with two committee members

Dear DNC,

I've received our first request to meet with two committee members.
They have provided their availability as follows:
I have good availability by Teams on Tuesday and Thursday next week. My calendar should be up to date and fairly open.
On Wednesday I'm on campus and have availability from 9-10, 11:00-1:30 and 3:00-4:30.

Please reply to me if you are available during any of these times, and I will put two of you together to have the meeting with the member.
