I included a couple further edits to the rubric...one incorporates Scarlett’s suggestion for the question about staff, and the other “fills in the blank” in Q9, to refer directly to some info the candidate has shared about the skills and expertise he will bring to the role.  My copy is attached, and I will also include it with the calendar invitation as well as bring a few hard copies tomorrow for those who prefer to use paper.

I am attaching a clean copy of the rubric for your own personal use during our interviews. Please add your notes and a score for each section. Repeat for each interview.

I will work with Andrea to create a shared spreadsheet where you can input your scores. We can use this data during our deliberations, in addition to your personal notes, which you are not required to share.

Some of you had difficulty accessing the rubric yesterday.  The common thread seems to be that those people were working off-campus – I think vpn connection was likely necessary for access.
