[Dirssphr] candidate access to questions

Hi everyone,

A couple people have asked, so I'll let everyone know....

I invited both candidates to arrive at my office 15 minutes prior to the start of the interview and allowed them to look over the questions they would be asked.  I think it helped them to know they didn't need to cover everything in Q1 or Q2 (i.e. there will be a conflict question later, there will be a student experience question later, etc.), as well as to help them gauge how much time they wanted to spend answering each question.
