Hi Tiffany,

In order to make things more intuitive, you could rely on things like mapping (how things are arranged on the screens vs. how the buttons are arranged on the phone) and other aspects we learned earlier in the course when covering heuristics.

I hope this helps!

I acknowledge that we live and work on the traditional territory of‎ the Attawandaron (Neutral), Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee peoples. The University of Waterloo is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land promised to the Six Nations that includes ten kilometres on each side of the Grand River, and I think that the land should be returned to them and/or they should be compensated per the treaty conditions.

Subject: GBDA 210: Paper Prototype Question
Hello!

In relation to the paper prototype, it's stated that the design needs to be intuitive to the user. However, does the user already know how to use these phones? Or is it a completely new user of the phone?

Thanks,
Tiffany.
