Dear PCCN Members,

 

We invite you to participate in a survey whose data will allow Prostate Cancer Canada to make a submission to the pan-Canadian Oncological Drug Review (pCODR) process on behalf of all of our constituents.  PCODR <http://prostatecancer.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=381dca877e43c44046caa6dd1&id=2a26bb045f&e=103e67d6c8>  is currently reviewing Xtandi (enzalutamide) to treat men with late-stage (metastatic) castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread or recurred, even with medical or surgical therapy to minimize testosterone. Your responses will be pooled together, analyzed and sent in aggregate format to pCODR. All responses remain anonymous and confidential.

Please help us create a complete and accurate submission by forwarding this survey to anyone who may have an experience of metastatic prostate cancer and/or who may have had experience with Xtandi. We also invite caregivers to participate in this survey as well.
