Hi all,

 

The Canadian Cancer Survivor Network has been working with Janssen on the
development of a website for men living with metastatic prostate cancer.
There is a section of the website that will focus around “What Matters to
You” and will house information about advanced prostate cancer and provide
visitors with unique educational tools to help them make more informed
decisions. 

 

To help support this website, Janssen is looking for men living with
advanced prostate cancer who are willing to share their personal experiences
in a short video that will be used as content for the website to educate
others going through similar situations, and also as part of a larger video
to encourage men and their loved ones to visit the website.    

 

Details:

 

WHAT: Film a short interview about the participant’s life with advanced
prostate cancer.

 

WHERE: The video crew would visit you at home. 

 

WHEN: They are hoping to film participants during the weeks of May 5 and 12,
but will certainly work around your prior commitments. 

 

WHO: You and possibly a loved one.

 

TIME COMMITMENT: They should only need one to two hours of your time.
