[Hopespringpcsg] PCCN W-W PROSTATE SUPPORT GROUP MEETING 25 FEB 14

Hi all:

The next Prostate Support Group meeting will be held on Tuesday 25 Feb 14.

The location is at HopeSpring Cancer Support Centre, 16 Andrew St, Ste 2.

The meeting agenda will be:

a)       a general discussion peer support session

b)      a request for manpower to help at the Kitchener RV Show 4, 5, & 6
Apr

-          the show is the first event of the year where we will have a
table with information to pass out

-          Friday & Saturday the show is open for 10 hrs from 10 am to 8 pm
-2 shifts of 5 hrs for 2 people / shift are required

-          Sunday the show hours are 11am to  5pm - a single shift of up to
5 hrs for 2 people is required

-          we will order from PCC the black T-shirts with Tie logo for each
person volunteering to man the booth to  wear and keep

-          the demographics of people who attend RV shows matches that of
our target group with whom we wish to raise awareness of PCa

 

Please attend the meeting to participate in these two agenda items.
