[Hopespringpcsg] DOCTORS TREATING PCa IN LONDON OR SARNIA

Hi all:

A newly diagnosed person on a US PCa blog has asked for names of doctors
that patients would recommend in London and Sarnia wrt PCa treatment.

I know some of our members have been treated in London, i.e. laparoscopic
radical.

It would be appreciated that if you have been treated in London (or Sarnia)
that you would reply stating:

-          The doctor's name,

-          At what hospital the treatment was provided, 

-          When,

-          What procedure you had, and,

-           would you recommended the person to contact that doctor

I'll compile the replies early next week and pass them to the blog.
