Hello everyone,

 

Attached is information about an on-line focus group for family members and
care givers of a loved one with prostate cancer.

Together with the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer, Prostate Cancer
Canada invites family members and caregivers to participate in an on-line
focus group that is being coordinated by Ipsos Reid.

This is a legitimate Canadian project aimed at putting the focus on prostate
cancer. No names will be used in any reporting documentation , nor will we
know who has participated.

 

We are interested in hearing from family members and caregivers with a loved
one who was diagnosed and/ or treated with prostate cancer at least six
months ago.

 

Would you please share this attachment with members of your groups and
others you know who would benefit.
