[Hopespringpcsg] VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED - KITCHENER RV SHOW 17-19 APR

Hi all:

I am again asking for volunteers to man the PCCN W-W booth at the Kitchener
RV Show.

The show runs for 3 days Friday, Saturday, & Sunday the 17th, 18th & 19th
Apr 15.

We need 2 people in the booth for each of 6 shifts (2/day).

The shifts open are:

1)      Friday 1500-2000 hrs -need 1 more

2)      Saturday 1000-1500 hrs -need 1 more

3)      Saturday 1500- 1900 hrs - need 2 people

4)      Sunday 1000-1400 hrs - need 2 people.

 

Those who man the booth, if they don't already have one, will be given a
Black PCC Tie logo T-shirt to wear (and keep) at the show.

This show aligns with our targeted demographic of 40-80 year old males &
their families and is critical to raising awareness in the community.

 

Failure to have enough members volunteer will result in one of several
options occurring: 

-          Those who have already stepped  up having to  put in several
shifts 

-          Leaving the booth  unmanned for several shifts 

-          Cancelling our appearance.

If either of the latter 2 happen, we will likely not be able to appear at
the show in the future.
