Below is part of a note from a US PCa blog.
It contains 4 links that lead to a ton of info.
Since some of the info is approaching 20 years old, it may be somewhat
dated, but it is unusual to find all this data at one time.

Years ago (1996), Ed Piepmeier, who was a chemistryy prof in OR, developed a
table that showed the equivalent results from various labs/assays for PSA, I
think. It was (and still is!) available on Gary Huckabay's Prostate Pointers
web site, aong with his marvelous dictonary of acronyms related to PCa, as
well as a glossary of PCa terms. He also wrote How to Find Out if Your PSA
Velocity is Greater than Zero.

I was delighted to see that the Prostate Pointers site is still up. I have
no idea how current it is..are there new additions, or not, ec. But I
suspect that there is still a lot of useful info there.and perhaps now
everyone thinks to check it. The list of topics covered is exhaustive. The
fact that is is now sponsored by UsToo and the P2P list was shown leads me
to believe that
