Hello everyone,

 

Some time ago I sent out some information about Movember’s TRUENTH  program
that Prostate Cancer Canada leads in Canada.  You may remember that I had
asked  support group leaders to share information with their members about a
survey from TRUENTH’s Advanced Care Planning Team.

 

With your help in promoting the survey and other items the TRUENTH Advanced
Care Planning team has created a new web-site and other resources.

Attached is a letter provides more information on these initiatives.
Support groups are invited to look at the website and reach out to the
TRUENTH team if you  are interested in providing more information to your
own groups.  The link to the website is included in the letter.

 

Please have a look and consider sharing the information with your group
members.
