Speaker - Dr. Jean-Simon Diallo

  <https://gallery.mailchimp.com/381dca877e43c44046caa6dd1/images/d072f977-47bc-469f-af86-28b2a5bd42b8.jpg> Dr. Jean-Simon Diallo obtained his Master’s degree in Biochemistry at McGill University and his Ph.D in molecular biology at the Université de Montréal, where he studied natural compounds to treat prostate cancer and bio-markers to predict prostate cancer outcome. During his postdoctoral fellowship, Dr. Diallo worked on using oncolytic viruses to treat cancer and discovered a host of “viral sensitizer” molecules that enhance viral infection. Since 2012, he has been a Scientist at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. Working within a national network of collaborators, he and his team are working to improve virus-based therapeutics for the treatment of cancer and other diseases, by combining them with an increasing collection of novel “viral sensitizer” small molecules.

What is an Expert Angle Webinar?

*After you’ve finished registering you’ll receive an email with the details on how to participate.

*You will be required to download the GoToMeeting software, this may take a few minutes.

*You can view the webinar through your PC where you can see the presentation, hear the speaker and ask questions.

*If you don’t have access to a PC you can still participate by calling into the 1-800 number and listening to the ongoing discussion.

*Only people with access to a PC during the webinar will be able to ask questions.

*Registration doesn't guarantee a seat. Only the first 100 registrants to sign into the webinar will be able to participate. So be on time!
