Hi all:

In 2013 & 2014, PCCN W-W had our tent & information table at the now
discontinued Waterloo International Air Show.

On Sat 20 Aug 16 AVIATION FUN DAY will take place at the Waterloo
International Airport.

Vic had contacts involved with the Aviation Fun Day and thru them we were
able to get permission to participate.

The event will run from 1000hrs to 1600 hrs with set up m & teardown before
& after.

We have been allocated an indoor position so come rain or shine, we should
be OK.

We will have 2 shifts for the tent to be manned by 3 people for each shift.

 

1St shift- 0900 hrs-1300 hrs - I will lead off that shift with set up @ 0900
hrs.

-          2 more people are required

2nd shift 1300 hrs -1700 hrs - including tear down

-          3 people required - Need someone who can take down the tent etc &
either hold it 'til the monthly meeting on the 23rd or bring it to my place
the next day.

This is our last "community event" for the year where we can promote
"awareness, education, & support".

 

Let me know, via reply e-mail, for which shift you are available to
volunteer.

Dress will be black Tie logo T-shirt.

Anyone who volunteers who doesn't already have the T-shirt  will be given
one.
