At long last, our TrueNTH Advance Care Planning website for men with
prostate cancer is now complete! You can visit our website (acp.truenth.ca)
by clicking here. Our website includes a variety of resources, like an
advance care planning workbook, answers to frequently asked questions,
wallet cards, and lots more! 

 

If you know anyone who would be interested in our resources, please feel
free to send them our website or refer them to me! We appreciate any effort
