[Hopespringpcsg] PCCN W-W VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Hi all:

A couple of activities in the community which required volunteers are:

1)      Sunday 12 Jun 16 - Highwaymen Car Club Graffiti Car Show in St.
Jacobs at the Waterloo Rod & Gun Club on Bo-Dee Lane  -1000 -1600 hrs
www.highwaymen.ca 

We have 4 volunteers (Mark, Garry, Michael & Glen) which is sufficient.

2)      Wednesday 15 Jun 16 - Skewer for a  Cure -Grilling Challenge - we
are partnering with JL's Home Hardware who has  10 local chefs manning
grills -location 575 Wellington Street West, Guelph - time 1830- 2000hrs -
set up 1730 hrs  -proceeds from this go  to PCCN W-W. -we have 4  volunteers
(Michael, George, Pat, & Glen)to  man our booth  during the Grilling
Challenge which is sufficient.   We also need some volunteers to assist with
ticket sales at the store on a couple of Saturdays prior to the event - see
attached poster. For this Saturday 28 May 16, we have only 1 volunteer
(Glen) & need a couple more. Contact me to help out.

Both activities (including ticket sales) require wearing the Black Tie T-
Shirts. If anyone who wishes to volunteer doesn't already have one, I have
some.
