[Hopespringpcsg] KITCHENER RV SHOW 24, 25 & 26 MAR 17

Hi all:

The Kitchener RV Show is being held in March this year rather than April, as
in the past.

Once again George has wrangled us a place.

We need to cover 6 shifts with 2 volunteers per shift over 3 days.

Attached is the spread sheet of shifts and which ones are covered so far and
who has stepped up & will be asked for their choice of shifts.

Volunteers will be given a Black Tie T-shirt to wear at the show, if they
don't already have one.

We have only 1 monthly Support Group meeting prior to the RV show, so please
be ready to pick a time slot and advise which one at the meeting on 28 Mar
17.

 

Please support PCCN W-W by volunteering to take a shift at the RV show.
