[Hopespringpcsg] TABLE ARRANGEMENT FOR SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS

Hi all:

At the last PCSG meeting on 27 JUN 2017 when we had a “time limited” speaker
as part of our monthly support group meeting, the tales were arranged “café
style” with 4 people sitting around a table.

The tables were around the periphery of the room and hopefully provided
better sight lines to the speaker & screen.

This was instead of having the usual “boardroom style” of tables pushed
together to form a large rectangular table in the middle of the room as we
have done for past support group meetings.

Now a few question:

1) When we have a “time limited” speaker, should we have the “café
style” table arrangement? Y/N

2) For a regular support group meeting without a speaker should we use
the “boardroom style” table arrangement? Y/N

3) Should the “café style” table arrangement be the normal style for
our meetings? Y/N

This is your opportunity to have input to the meeting room set up.

Send me a reply and type Yes or No after each question above.

Take care,

Glen
