Hi all,

Quality of Life meetings focus on the impact of a prostate cancer diagnosis on lifestyle and well being. 

SURVIVORS PARTNERS AND CAREGIVERS ARE INVITED.

 

Location: The Valleyview Retirement Residence at 541 Finch Ave West, just west of Bathurst, at the eastern boundary of the Branson Hospital. Meeting is in the boardroom.

 

Presentation by Sheela Zelmer B.Sc (Physical Therapy), M.C.P.A.

Registered Physiotherapist, Pelvic Health Specialist.

Outline:

• The pelvic floor muscles: What are they? What is their function?

• Pelvic floor muscle dysfunction following prostate cancer treatment

• Incontinence and the pelvic floor
