Hi all:

See below for an ADT Online Education Program.

Looks like it comes from the BC area based on time of sessions.

Take care,

Glen

Subject: ADT Online Education Program

Hello,

I write on behalf of Drs. John Robinson, Lauren Walker, and Richard Wassersug regarding the ADT Online Educational Program.

As you may know, our team has developed an online ADT Educational Program for prostate cancer patients who are about to start, or who have started, androgen deprivation therapy (and their partners). This is a free resource that we are trying to make available to as many prostate cancer patients across Canada as possible.

We are wondering if you might be able to help us to inform prostate cancer patients who have been on, or who are about start, ADT about the online ADT Educational Program.

Below is a summary of our program. I have also attached a PDF copy of the program brochure. I would be happy to mail you hard-copies of the brochure (high-quality printed version), as well. If you’d like to receive copies of the printed brochure, please feel free to contact me.

Online Androgen Deprivation Therapy Educational Program in Canada - A national, online educational program is now available for prostate cancer patients who are about to start or have been on androgen deprivation therapy (ADT). The program is hosted by the Prostate Cancer Centre in Calgary and is currently supported by Astellas and AbbVie.

· This program is ideally for patients who are about to start ADT, but patients who have been on ADT are also welcome. Partners of patients on ADT are encouraged to attend, also.

· Class structure: A single, 1.5 hour online webinar. Sessions are offered every 3 weeks as an interactive, facilitated class via the GoToMeeting platform. Canadian patients will also receive a free copy of the book: "Androgen Deprivation Therapy: An Essential Guide for Prostate Cancer Patients and Their Loved Ones.”

· Upcoming sessions will be held on August 30th and September 19th, both at 3 pm Pacific time, and October 10th at 5 pm Pacific time. *Space is limited.

· How to register: You can fill in a form on the home page of www.LifeOnADT.com <http://www.lifeonadt.com/>  or send an email to LifeOnADT at gmail.com.

Thank you very much for your time.

 Kind Regards,

Carly Sears
