Hi all: 

PCCN W-W has accepted an invitation to have a display table at the Fairview
Health & Wellness Fair 25 Jan 2019.

See attachment for details.

This will be our 1st community event of 2019.

I just got scheduled for cataract surgery that day, so I'm not able to
participate.

We need 2 or 3 volunteers to augment the efforts of Gary & Derek who have
made themselves available for the event.

Let me know if you will volunteer to assist. 

Dress will be black tie T-shirts so anyone who volunteers & doesn't already
have one will be provided with one.

Hi all:

Attached are the info pdf's wrt the subject community event.

I just got scheduled for cataract surgery that day.

Who can be the on-site honcho for this event?

We will need a table, table cloth, vertical banner, X-banner, or tear drop
banner, the blue box of literature.

Derek Keough has volunteered to help. I have XL & L Black tie T-shirts so I
can provide 1 for Derek.

We have our monthly meeting on 22 Jan 2019 so I can hand over the blue box &
whatever else is needed for the event at that time.
