A very successful day!

 

Thanks to John, Carl, Bill, Karen and William.

 

When I arrived at Sportsworld at 7.45 the tent was already up and the table was waiting for the literature which I had. Great job!  We could then enjoy Tim’s coffee and muffins! And then I was on the podium with the other VIP’s and gave my 2 minute talk. (see attached.)

 

We were very visible and I think that photos will appear in the Cambridge SnapD publication.

 

William joined Bill, Karen and I at the lunch event from noon to almost 3.00.  We almost ran out of three boxes of cards!  I initially trolled the occupied tables as Bill, and then I, ambushed everyone as they arrived at the check-in desk. 

 

A lot of men shared their cancer journey with us! This gets better every year!

PS At the end of the day Carl has the tent, I have the vertical banners, the table and the tablecloth, and the brochure box. ( I also have an X- Banner )
