Hi all:

As discussed at the Support Group meeting on Tuesday 22 May 18:

We are working on a brochure / handout that will highlight the benefits of attending the support group meeting (4th Tuesday of each month).

I am asking for feedback from everyone as to the following:

 

1. How did you find out about the support group?

2. Why did you attend?

3. Did other family members attend?

4. What benefits did you get from attending?

5. Are you still attending? Why or why not?

 

We will not use you name just your feedback .
