*	We are bringing Reflexology back! After a brief hiatus, we will be offering Reflexology appointments on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
*	We have expanded our Massage Therapy appointment offerings.

Launching on Wednesday May 1, join our Dietitian Emily for a hands-on demonstration of healthy cooking recipes. You'll get to try your hand at cooking a healthy recipe. As a group, you'll share the results. Bring your questions and your appetite. Healthy Cooking runs May 1, 8, 15, 22, June 5, 12. This hands-on activity is perfect for members, caregivers and family members.
