Qi Gong Class is Back!
After a two week absence, Qi Gong returns on December 10th in the Salzburg Room. The Better Sleep program will be in the Bloomingdale Room on December 11th.

The next meeting for PCCN Waterloo - Wellington is January 26, 2020 at the Rockway Community Centre in Kitchener at 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. All are welcome, and no registration is required.
