Hello to all members and happy February.

I'd like to thank the groundhog for the optimistic outlook for an early spring- but after MINUS 42 C. degrees overnight temperatures- I'm looking for another opinion. This questionable weather reporting aside, we'd like to provide our members with the February newsletter for 2019.
