We wish all members and friends, a very Happy, Healthy and Joyous 2019 !!    From your friends at the Manitoba Prostate Cancer Support Group.

 

We wake up to a chilly day in this region today. It was probably over due, as we've enjoyed a milder winter so far.  Be mindful of thin ice on rivers and lakes if you are enjoying recreational activities in the beautiful Manitoba outdoors. 

And for those who prefer the warmer weather:  "The spring equinox (also called the March equinox or vernal equinox) falls on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at 5:58 P.M. EDT. This event marks the astronomical first day of spring in the Northern Hemisphere. "   ONLY 11 weeks until the first day of spring !!     Take care and we hope to see you all soon.
