Topic: “Stressed out about your prostate cancer diagnosis? De-stress via the mindfulness approach” 

Location: The First Unitarian Universalist Church of Winnipeg, 603 Wellington Crescent 
 
 Time: 7 – 9 pm.  (First hour for general discussion; second hour for expert guest speaker) 
 
Free Admission  *   Everyone Welcome *  Plenty of free parking (overflow parking- across the street)
