Glen,

Sorry I have taken so long to get back to you with info on the things I
discussed at the recent meeting. Last week turned out unexpectedly busy for
me. I had a minor car accident on my way home from the meeting. Someone had
inadvertently bumped into my driver's door mirror in the parking lot which
then folded in. I didn't notice it and made a lane change bumping another
vehicle. Necessitated getting quotes, reporting to police and all that
stuff.

The Clinical trial that allowed me to get the PET Scan at St. Joseph's in
Hamilton is called: PSMA-Based 18F-DCFPyL PET/CT: Evaluating its Application
in REAL Life (PEARL). The principal Investigator at SJCC is a Dr. Katherine
Zukotynski at SJHH. Co-Investigator at GRCC is Dr. Joda Kuk.

The study's purpose is to evaluate the relative effectiveness of this
specific imaging technique compared to conventional CAT/Bone scans. These
scans are also included in the trial unless you have had recent scans
(within 8 weeks).

There seem to be no special requirements other than having mPCa. 12 patients
are to be enrolled through GRCC, of which I was the first. The document
states that this is a pilot study to determine the number of participants
that will be needed in a further trial.

I am also sending you links to a couple of the PSMA-617 Lutetium-177
treatment papers.
