November is also known as "Movember", the month designated to focus on men's health issues. 

 

When it comes to personal health, many men don’t talk or take action. This month join us in our effort to help men live happier, healthier and longer lives.

 

This is the ideal time to schedule health appointments. Whether it's a visit to the eye doctor, checking your PSA level or getting your flu shot, schedule it before the end of the month and encourage friends and family to do the same.
