Hi all:

On Tuesday 25  Feb 20, Adrienne Poliyath & Renee Quiring of “All things Pelvic” gave a presentation to our monthly Prostate Cancer Support Group meeting.

They mentioned a good book on the subject of continence.   The book is: “Life After Prostate Cancer and other Medical Conditions” by Vanita Gaglani, RPT. It is subtitled “A Step-By- Step Guide To Stop Urinary Leakage In Ten weeks”. It’s available on Amazon & likely other places.
