[Hopespringpcsg] MONTHLY SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS VIA ZOOM

Hi all:

Due to  the Covid-19 epidemic our usual meeting place, Rockway Community
Centre, has been closed by the City of Kitchener.

To continue to  support our members and new comers, we have for the
foreseeable future transitioned to  virtual meetings utilizing ZOOM.

Our April monthly Prostate Cancer Support Group meeting was held via ZOOM on
5 May 20.

Thanks to  our Director of I.T., Vic Neglia, the meeting went very well with
the participant entry into  the session being well controlled.

We had participants access the meeting via laptops, smart phones, tablets,
phone lines, & desk top computers.

Our May monthly support group meeting, with a guest speaker, will be held
via ZOOM on 26 May 20.

Plan to  participate in the virtual meeting.

In the next day or so, it is planned to  have Vic produce a "how to  list"
for accessing a ZOOM meeting and addressing any concerns you may have.

Having ZOOM meetings is the way to  help our group survive and show the
community that PCCN W-W remains committed to awareness, education, & support
of men diagnosed with PCa and their families.
