Hi all:

I am pleased to  let you know how well the ZOOM meeting for our May support
group meeting went.

We had an excellent guest speaker, Marina Mourtzakis, who give a super
presentation on "Living Healthy with Nutrition & Exercise Through COVID-19 &
Beyond".

By being a ZOOM meeting the presentation followed by a Q & A was able to  be
longer than our typical presentations.

Vic, our Director of I.T., had co-ordinated with Marina so  her slides were
visible to  all participants as she spoke.

While those who didn't join the ZOOM meeting missed a good event, key slides
from the presentation will be made available to  be added to  our web site
as a resource.
