AnCan/UsToo/ASPI Survey on Active Surveillance 

 

Hello Friends

 

You are receiving this email because you have likely attended one of AnCan’s Active Surveillance for Low-Risk Prostate Cancer Video Chat Virtual Support Groups or Educational Meetings; &/or listened to our recordings.

 

We have created a questionnaire to explore the quality of care you receive from your doctors as well as to determine how we can better serve your needs through our support and education programs.

 

We notice a sea change in how Providers and Pharma are paying attention to the patient voice, an agenda AnCan has promoted for many years. This is reflected in invitations we’ve received to exhibit research and descriptive posters at prestigious domestic and international medical conferences through September 2021. 

 

AnCan wants to tell your experience with peer support and if it has made for a smoother walk along the disease path.

 

The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. You will need to answer all questions. Patients or spouses/partners can fill it out.

The data we collect potentially will be presented to the American Urological Association’s annual meeting and other scientific meetings in the United States and abroad. The doctors need to hear about your Active Surveillance experience so please answer.

 

The survey is totally anonymous - we ask for a quote at the end, which also will be anonymous. Spouses/partners should feel free to respond on behalf of their care partner, too.
