Join us on Feb 16th and hear about Exercise and Prostate Cancer.

Our guest speaker is Manesha Khazanchi – a Registered Kinesiologist and Clinical Exercise Physiologist who has worked at Wellspring for 13 years and is now Manager of Physical and Functional Programming. Manesha looks forward to sharing research on the benefits of Exercise for those diagnosed with Prostate Cancer as well as the ways we can get started safely with an exercise routine and stay motivated!

Cancer related fatigue is a major side effect that is often underreported and often undiagnosed. Manesha has developed a Cancer Related Fatigue course for Wellspring and will be speaking about this topic and including the value of incorporating exercise to manage this difficult symptom.
