Dear mr./ms.:
My name is Yoshua Nava and i'm studying a bachelor degree in Informatics
Engineering at Andres Bello Catholic University, at Caracas, Venezuela. I'm
currently working with Luis Vicens, another student, on the development of
an artificial neural network stabilization algorithm for a quadrotor UAV as
my career final project. I'm sending you this e-mail to ask you at CTN
Waterloo for your permission to use Nengo for executing the spiking neural
network for our project.
If the answer to the previous question is affirmative, and if it isn't too
much to ask, could we ask you a pair of questions? We have developed a
prototype of a spiking neural network for the quadrotor and have some
doubts about it being suitable to stabilize the quadrotor.

For the sake of keeping a register of what we have been doing, and also be
able to write our thesis document more easily when the time comes, we
created this blog in which you can keep track of our work:
http://cuadricopterosnn.blogspot.com (It's in spanish). In particular, the
post in which we describe our first SNN prototype for the task is this

Thank you for your time and your attention.
Yoshua Nava.
