[nengo-user] Unable to view 'connection weight' plot in learning demo

Hello,

I wanted to create a learning ensemble that modulates the connection
between a 'pre' and 'post' ensemble. However, after following the
instructions in the Nengo:learning demo to create this ensemble, I wasn't
able to view the connection weights plot after right clicking on the 'post'
ensemble as that option was not there.

However, this option was available in the Nengo learning-communications
demo. That is, in the pre-made demo, I was able to right click on the
'post' ensemble to select the 'view connection weights' plot. I tried
several times to create the learning template as described in Chapter 6
several times, but to no avail. Thus, I think that I did something wrong,
but I'm at a loss as to what that might be.

Any troubleshooting insight on this matter would be great. Thank you!
