[nengo-user] installation problem?

Hi -

I have tried to install Nengo 2.0 following the instructions for those not 
familiar with Python.  I installed Anaconda3 on a windows 7.0 computer and 
serially wrote the 3 lines of code.

when I enter nengo_gui (actually I get a message that nengo alone is 
enough)

I would get a blank white screen with the usual video run/stop/reverse 
arrows on the bottom on the screen  and am at the ff. site:

http://localhost:8080/?filename=appdata\local\continuum\anaconda3\lib\site-packages\nengo_gui\examples\default.py

When I click the run icon 'time' moves, but I still see nothing.

I have successfully downloaded and run Nengo 1.4. 

What am I missing?
