[nengo-user] installation problem?

Hello Howard,

One other thing to check: what web browser are you using?  We have had
issues that are somewhat similar on some browsers, but Chrome and
Firefox are preferred.  Could you try using one of those (going to the
same http://localhost:8080/?filename=appdata\local\continuum\anaconda3\lib\site-packages\nengo_gui\examples\default.py
link)?
