[nengo-user] access to model archive

Hi,

The model archive is mostly for Nengo 1.4 models, and doesn't require 
signing up.  It's here:
http://models.nengo.ca/

There are several example models included with the Nengo 2.0 download, 
but we don't yet have a good archiving solution.  Hopefully we can come 
up with something soon :)
