[nengo-user] saving new scripts

To add to this answer, depending on how you've installed nengo_gui, it
might be that those files are write-protected, and so it can't save
your changes. However, if you click on the filename at the top of
nengo_gui, you can change the name of the file. Try changing it to
something like "mynewfile.py" and this will save it in a new location,
and allow you to open it using the file menu as well.
