[nengo-user] Version required for running Bandit Task

Hello John,

Hmm, good question.  Looks like that requires a very old version....

I've just managed to get it running with this version:

http://ctnsrv.uwaterloo.ca:8080/jenkins/job/Nengo/4/artifact/nengo-latest.zip

Depending on your version of Java, you may also need to remove the
line "import space" from nengo-6fa41ff\python\timeview\view.py (line
279).
