[Ofas_deptadmin] OFAS Development Update - August/September 2025

Good afternoon, OFAS Department Admins,

Here is a summary of the updates deployed today that we have been working on during August and September.

ACODEV-63 - Sets a flag on cookie creation to ensures that cookies are sent securely and are not access by unintended parties or scripts

ACODEV-96 - Adds a new question "How did you find this job opening" to the application to allow for better reporting metrics.

ACODEV-118 - Fixes an issue when a applicant adds in a reference and puts the name into the email field and the email into the name field.
